Shipping and return

1. No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., name slips, custom bottles, labels etc), we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered.


2. Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or refund only if:

1. The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

2. You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item

3. The item delivered has incorrect name or design details due to our error

Note: We do not offer refunds for spelling errors, photo quality issues, or incorrect selections made by the customer.


3. How to Report an Issue

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after customization.


2. Delivery Time

 We deliver across the UAE within 1–2 business days after order processing.


3. Shipping Fee

Flat rate of AED 10 for all UAE deliveries.


4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.


5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted UAE courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery (e.g., Shipa, Aramex).


6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding.
